Mechanics:
Decorate your town and invite players to visit your town and rate it

Player with highest rating wins (in case of a tie, one with more ratings[# of users] wins)

1st Prize: 5000 gems
2nd Prize: 2000 gems
3rd Prize: 1000 gems
